The only way to stickhandle is to use the proper motion. Always do the
reps properly. Do as many reps as possible and your speed and strength
will increase.
The PATENT PENDING KwiK-Hands Stickhandling Ball is 8 ounces and 1 1/2
inches in diameter. This is the best stickhandling ball made. With a stick
to ball breakpoint thats closer to a puck than other balls and a weight
thats 2 ounces more than a puck, this is a superior ball. This ball does
not bounce. Can be used on asphalt, concrete and hockey rink rubber of
